This 3,700 square-foot University Club home was completed in May of 2016. It is a transitional-style home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The exterior features painted brick, a copper-style awning with columns and a 3-car garage for storage.

This Acadian-style home is 3,500 square-feet and the addition was completed in February 2016. It is located in the Riverbend Lakes neighborhood and has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large outdoor living space.

This 3,500 square-foot home with a New Orleans style was freshly built in 2015 in the beautiful University Club neighborhood. Complete with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a covered balcony, this two-story home has it all.

This French Creole, two story home was built in 2008 with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It’s rich Old St. Louis brick and tall Spanish cedar front door set the tone for the luxury that waits inside. Mark Pritchard, of Mark Owen Pritchard Designs, was the architect for this home.
The living room space is designed for comfort, functionality and appeal. The rich hardwood floors and arched open doorways add a nice finish to these classic rooms.

This Creole home was built in 2012 in University Club Plantation. It boasts of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a total living area of 2600 square feet. The architect, Dwayne Carruth of The Front Door, did an excellent job designing this custom home.

The Country Club of Louisiana is the perfect host for this 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom French Country home on Amen Corner. The architect, Greg Roberts, went all out designing this one of a kind home. It boasts of 3500 living square feet complete with a media room and workout room.
